Job purpose & Scope

To achieve preset and agreed primary and secondary targets through channel partners.

Major Areas of Responsibilities

 

  • Identifying & ensuring that BTL activity ( In shop Branding / Glow sign boards / Arches / In store Promotions / POSMs )  are done as defined & documented
  • Ensure prompt feedback to the Regional Head and Circle Head with regard to Market intelligence(New product launched, New activity, New BTL activity etc.) & Competition benchmarking
  • Ensuring sustained increase in Secondary Sales –range & reach
  • Maximize participation of retailers under Retailer bonding programme
  • Impart training to DSOs and ISDs

 

Person Specifications

Essential Qualification: Graduation

Desired Qualification: A Post graduate diploma in sales and marketing is preferred but not essential

Experience: 2-8 years of experience in selling directly or through channel sales - preferably from consumer durable and or FMCG industry

Industry Preference: FMCG/FMCD/CE/ Consumer Durable / Home Appliances/ Kitchen Appliances/ Luggage
