JOB PURPOSE |
Assist various functions and business verticals in all their HR related activities, and people issues. |
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES |
1. Aid various Support functions/BUs to develop workforce plans and meet their recruitment targets, by sourcing, shortlisting, and interviewing candidates. 2. Help new employees to complete induction formalities, and connect with them on a regular basis, either on phone or in person, to help them in settling down. 3. Work proactively with BUs and other functions to improve job fitment by clarifying role performance and competency standards as well as desirable employment & educational requirements. 4. Identify training needs across respective BUs/Functions and work with the L&D team to meet these needs. 5. Meet periodically with BU Heads/Function-specific stakeholders & their team to take stock of people related issues and address the same. 6. Support rollout of employee engagement surveys and programs. 7. Offer support to complete necessary resignation related formalities and provide inputs to control attrition by conducting exit interviews and reporting attrition trends. 8. Provide necessary support during goal setting, mid-term reviews and annual appraisal cycle. 9. Manage HR operational activities like timely release of appointment letters, confirmation letters, BGV, exit formalities |
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS |
Graduation (any)/ PGDM/ MBA (HR/Marketing). |
WORK EXPERIENCE |
4-7 years of experience in HR Business Partner role, preferably in R&D |
