If You Suspect a Scam/Flagging a fake offer
• You may be asked to complete bogus recruitment documents such as application forms, terms and conditions of employment, or visa forms, that may feature our organization name and logo (used without authorization).
• Early in the discussion, the perpetrator/s may request your personal information such as address details, date of birth, CV, passport details, bank details etc.
• You may be asked to contact other companies/individuals such as lawyers, bank officials, travel agencies, courier companies, and visa/immigration processing agencies.
• E-mails will appear to be sent from an officer or a senior executive of the company, often in Legal or Human Resources teams. Fake e-mails do not end with @bajajelectricals.com. They may also have addresses that are similar or deceptively similar, for example, @bajaelectric.in. or @bajajelectric.com.
• You may be asked for a fee to facilitate the job offer. Or cost of training, onboarding, they may confirm that 50% amount will be refunded after your joining.
• The perpetrators will insist on a quick turnaround and infuse a lot of urgency in the communication.

• E-mail headers contain a detailed record of the specific route that an e-mail takes on the internet and will help us identify the perpetrators' location(s) and so, do not simply forward the e-mail as this will remove the header information. To keep the header information, insert the reported fraudulent e-mail into a new e-mail (In Outlook, click Insert > Outlook Item > Selecting the fraudulent e-mail.)
• Do retain the original subject line of the e-mail.
• Do share the complete, unedited content of the e-mail. PLEASE DO NOT change or edit in any way.

• Do not delete the e-mails, as they may be required for investigation later.
• Do not engage in communication with the original sender.
• Do not forward such e-mails to any other mailbox except to : legal@bajajelectricals.com with the details mentioned above. Any communications from Bajaj Electricals Ltd will only come from official company email addresses (@bajajelectricals.com).
• Do not share any personal information and refrain from sharing personal documents before clarifying with relevant authorities.
