JOB PURPOSE

Lead the assigned geographical area and implement sales & collection strategies. Shortlisting of channel partners for appointment & achieving

distribution reach. Meeting working capital requirements of the business. Manage & monitor distributor performance & sustainability.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. To drive Aircoolers / Room Heaters, business across South India
  2. Gather market intelligence on competition activities and propose strategic/ tactical interventions for share gain.
  3. Focus on secondary sales growth by implementing business goals namely, achievement of distributor-wise secondary targets.
  4. Numeric & weighted distribution objectives, channel correction, etc.
  5. Monitoring of sales, collection & stocks on regular basis as budgeted.
  6. Ensuring business generation from New Products
  7. Sustain growth through new store growth and Same Stores Sales Growth.
  8. Network expansion by appointing new distributors, dealers & retail trade partners in the assigned area.
  9. Responsible to ensure optimal reach for the above mentioned products
  10. Ensure tie-ups with larger retailers / direct dealers

 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation (any)

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • Experience in selling White goods / Consumer electronics product categories.
  • Prior business experience across South India
  • Need to have the experience of handling large teams
  • Should have experience in dealing with Large retailers / direct dealers
  • Knowledge of seasonal business
