Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals \of the Branches.
•    Strategic decisions on business development / building Customer/Channel Partner relationship for Smooth progress of the business.
1.    Responsible for achievement of both and Sales and Order booking target in branch level
                   Need to ensure that the achievement both sales and order booking target in each branch level
2.    Funnel growth & enquiry conversion
-    To improve the sale the enquiries, need to captured in funnel and proper growth on value and number in enquires to be maintained. Need to improve conversion rate of enquiries month on month.
3.           Responsiblility of reducing Stock Inventry of FG 
               Ensure the stock of FG of each branch should not crossed as per company policy 
4.    Application /Solution Knowledge
-    Expect that the person will develop each and every team members regarding the knowledge of application and solution of all the products
5.    Review Mechanism
-     Expect to conduct review with Area Manager in weekly basis to ensure the achievement of weekly commitment
6.    Co-ordination
-    Co-ordination at different level of hierarchies (Eg: HO & Field, Finance and operations) on daily basis.
