    • Qualification of Enquiries and tender based on inputs received from Sales and customer. Co-ordination with all concerns for making inputs Fullkit for preparation of offer.
    • Study of enquiry/ tender received from Sales team /customer.
    • Preparing Synopsis for tender estimated value >5 Crores.
    • Prepare Structural design requisition in case of design-based enquiry / Tender.
    • Prepare list of Pre-bid points or queries for better understanding of tender terms
    • If e-bidding, then review e-bidding procedure and download necessary documents.
    • In case of e-bidding, inform IT department for doing necessary settings in system.
    • Preparation of responsibility matrix for tender estimated value > 5 Crores.
    • Taking data like Labour Contractor rates & Site Over from Regional Execution Coordinators and RM
    • Sending enquiries for bought out material, and follow-up with vendors for offers
    • Technical scrutinizing of vendors and getting final offer.
    • Comparison of techno-commercial offers received from vendors.
    • Getting discount from technical qualified vendors along with CPG for tender value >5 Crores.
    • Preparation of Technical Bid with the help of concern departments. (Execution/Sales/Account/Commercial)
    • Preparation of Technical/Commercial Deviations for tender.
    • Submission of technical and commercial bid in case of online bidding.
    • Sending all soft copies of all techno-commercial documents to branch in case of hard copy submission.
    • Prepare comparison statement for win/loss analysis
    • Scrutinizing LoA/PO in line with final offer.
    • Giving PO/LOA acknowledgment to customer.
    • Preparation and submission of Enablers to Sales team for generating ORF, which includes Technical details, Tender document, LC & OH rates, Budget for all bought out items with its back-up quotations and any specific condition of contract, Techno-commercial communication had with customer during tender stage.
    • Arrangement of Kick Off Meeting with Engineering, CPG, Execution, SCM, Commercial for tender value >5 Crores.
