Job purpose & Scope

To support the strategy formulation and implementation of the same across the business and support functions

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Internal business analysis including financial analysis in terms of identifying improvement areas, performance review and management 
  • Strategy formulation & execution, especially in marketing & branding management. - Identify competitors and benchmark competitor’s performance.
  • Work with the business stakeholders to gather, define and document required information & present to management
  • Detailed industry analysis in terms of impact of changing macro-economic and micro economics on company business
  • Tracking of technology trends and impact of the same on our businesses
  • Trends and early signs of value migration in our industry and taking first movers advantage of the same
  • Ensuring that strategy projects taken are effectively implemented within timelines
  • Evaluate recommendation of business to enter or exit from products, geographies and business units. 
  • Develop detailed analysis by undertaking trend analysis, industry bench-marking, market visits to assess market potential, etc.
