JOB PURPOSE

Manage Secondary Sales System for West Region, this includes DMS, SFA, Drive project management activities across the IT and Digital Development Function

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Work as bridge between IT and the Business, understand Business requirements and convert the same, into technical requirements
  • Drive various IT related initiatives, as part of technology roadmap, to enhance organization efficiency & productivity through IT Systems
  • Define processes and ensure the adherence across the department
  • Track projects against key KPIs like schedule, cost, and resource to ensure quality delivery                  
  • Define and create document repositories, templates as part of change management                     
  • Understand and analyze business IT requirement, prepare Business Requirement Documents (BRD), help team to prepare SRS, conduct UAT & develop User Guides & Training                   
  • Support Business teams to work efficiently using various IT systems and help IT Support team on various tickets, as and when required
  • Business Analyst for CP Business, Dealer Management System - Secondary Sales                               

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Degree in Engineering, MCA / MBA                          
  • Should be well versed in IT Documentation, SDLC, IT System Testing               

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 8+ Years of IT Experience                               
  • Experience as PMO & Business Analyst                                                      

CERTIFICATIONS

PMP, ITIL or SCRUM Certification
