Consumer Lighting

Responsible for contribution towards market strategy, achieving gross revenue and gross margin, launching of new products, product life cycle management, managing inventory, price finalization for the consumer lighting business as per the budgeted plan. To execute the devised strategy to achieve both top line and bottom-line growth.

  • Working towards achievement of gross revenue and gross margin for the consumer lighting business as per the budgeted plan.
  • Working towards achievement of revenue from new product introduction - launching of new models.
  • Working towards achieving higher throughput contribution from new products.
  • Price benchmarking from competition for NPD prior to development.
  • Price finalization based on brand laddering, internal laddering and budgeted throughput.
  • Adherence to pricing SOPs for Trade/ MFR/ E -Commerce/ CSD to avoid internal price conflict and adherence to brand laddering.
  • Monthly pre-S&P with SCM including import team, review of import orders.
  • Scheme planning for LED- sub-category products and for GLS category products.
  • Price working and liquidation for phased out SKU's with clearing of stock within the agreed period from the date of phase out.
  • Implement revised strategy approach for LED battens and recessed lighting strategy to increase the contribution.
  • Sales tool support- creating the deposit bank for TDS and TCS for ready reference of all internal stakeholders.
  • Adherence to commercialization process covering distributor wise seeding plan, norm management in system, sales adherence to SKU rationalization.
  • Following U&A prioritization process in new product development. Reviewing the progress of NPDs to ensure market addressability, pre & post launch activities.

Graduation (any) or MBA/ PGDM (any) from premium institutes

  • 8-10 years in the marketing field.
  • Preferably 2 -3 years in CD, FMCG, FMEG industry
