JOB PURPOSE 

Responsible for contribution towards market strategy, achieving gross revenue and gross margin, launching of new products, price finalization for the CP business as per the budgeted plan. To execute the devised strategy to achieve both topline and bottom-line growth.  

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 

  • Working towards achievement of Gross revenue and Gross margin for the CP business as per the budgeted plan.  

  • Working towards achievement of revenue from new product introduction - launching of new models, DMDC approach.  

  • Working towards achieving higher through put contribution from new products.  

  • Price benchmarking from competition for NPD prior to development.  

  • Price Finalization based on Brand laddering, Internal laddering and budgeted through put.  

  • Scheme planning for CP- sub-category products and for GLS category products.  

  • Adherence to pricing SOPs for Trade /MFR/ E -Commerce/ CSD to avoid internal price conflict and adherence to brand laddering.  

  • Monthly pre-S&P with SCM including import team, Review of import orders.  

  • Price working and liquidation for phased out SKU's with clearing of stock within the agreed period from the date of phase out.  

  • Implementation of DLIS QR code system for increasing customer delight.  

  • Sales tool support- Creating the deposit bank for TDS and TCS for ready reference of all internal stakeholders.  

  • Providing monthly MIS to Top management on the strategic margins and their impact on the Business profit and loss.  

  • Adherence to commercialization process covering Distributor wise seeding plan, norm management in System, Sales adherence to SKU rationalization.  

  • Following U & A Prioritization process in new Product Development. Reviewing the progress of NPDs to ensure market addressability, Pre & Post launch activities.  

  • Interact with advertising agencies for management of ATL & BTL activities. 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS 

  • Graduation or Master of Business Administration from premium institutes  

WORK EXPERIENCE 

  • 8-10 years of experience in the marketing field and preferably 2 -3 years in the CD, FMCG, FMEG industry.  

  • Product strategy formation and execution; Product and Brand management.
