THE ROLE-HOLDER DESCRIPTION:
As a Digital Media Manager you need to have a strong understanding of the current digital landscape, the relevant marketing tools and social media strategies lead and hence lead and execute strategies across social media, email, SEO, SEM, PPC, etc. You will analyse trends, optimize campaigns and collaborate with teams to drive brand and business growth. This role also covers driving traffic to the company's website.
- Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies tailored to multiple brands under BEL’s portfolio.
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO/SEM, marketing database, social media and display advertising campaigns
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess performance against ROI and KPI’s
- Optimize spends and performance basis trends and insights
- Manage website performance, optimising UX and SEO, with regular enhancements to improve brand presence and performance.
- Deliver roadmap and execute an end-to-end customer experience across channels and touch points.
- Liaise with the cross-functional teams, especially the brand and sales teams as well as external agencies to create and execute integrated campaigns.
- Ability to strongly influence senior stake holders to bring brand strategy at the heart of business strategy
EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS: A master’s degree in either marketing, business, or an adjacent field
WORK EXPERIENCE:
- 8+ years of experience in digital and performance marketing, with a focus on performance marketing
- A proven track record of having managed digital marketing campaigns and delivered to KPI’s
- In-depth understanding of digital marketing channels and tools, including social media platforms, Google Analytics, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and an ability to leverage digital marketing channels to deliver business results; make strategic recommendations to deliver business impact
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must have team handling experience.
