JOB PURPOSE

To support the international sales team in the Sales and marketing of Bajaj products in the overseas markets (specific region).

BEHAVIORAL COMPETENCIES WITH PROF LEVELS

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • To plan and Execute market entry strategy by conducting competitor’s analysis and market research.
  • To be actively involved in business development and new customer acquisition through various initiatives (attending International Trade Fairs, channel partner and distributor meets).
  • To take accountability from generating enquiry to conversion of a deal.
  • Responsible for Pricing finalization & Promotion activities for the products.
  • To achieve sales target/desired profit as per the given markets by expanding dealer and distributor networks.
  • To coordinate with concern BU’s/ SCM/Vendors for smooth flow of export orders.
  • To expand business in all categories. Using DMDC approach across all channels and across all product categories.
  • To conduct marketing activities through BTL to boost sales.
 

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

Graduation / B.E./ BTech (any) + MBA / PGDM (International Business, Marketing)

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 6-7 years of experience (overall) in various sales formats
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in international sales in Consumer durable, FMCG
 

CERTIFICATIONS

International Testing/certification standards. Knowledge on International Trade/INCO terms.
