JOB PURPOSE

Able to perform business analysis on revenue stream, build blocks that bring in competition scenario on revenue, product, solutions, and strategies adopted. Data Analysis on the segmented business potential from different online sources which BEL has in place & create strategies around it to increase our reach and extraction in those bucketed segments.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Driving revenue enablers – through revenue data, order intake Data, product mix data, channel data etc.
• Capture and propose value enablers through continuous engagement with revenue team.
• Enhancing better adoption in funnel management through data crunching in funnel from discipline, revenue and process perspective.
• Design various customer engagement initiative in bucketed segment from the analysis on potential opportunities over 2-4 years’ scope.
• Design tools in revenue team to manage/monitor and sustain profitable revenue growth.
• Handhold, train, detail the team on glitches /bottlenecks in driving the above points.
• Drive GeM through revenue team through process/ GeM portal adaptation to bring in revenue growth.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

BE/ B.Tech (any) or MBA/ PGDM (any)

WORK EXPERIENCE

3-5 years of work experience in data analysis, strategy, CRM & B2B sales process.

• Preference industry from Lighting Industry
• Must be willing to travel across markets for an outside in perspective
