  • Absence referred person then Filling the RIR tag of the daily received material of the MG/HB/OFR as per the invoice and informing the quality department for checking the material.
  • After daily checking of the material received of the MG/HB/OFR by the quality department,
  • if the quality department has given Okay to that material, then get it stored at the proper location in the RM store.
  • To inform all concerned about shortage of child parts as per BOM of MG/HB/OFR order as per daily production plan.
  • If there is any change in the child parts as per the BOM of the MG/HB/OFR order, then inform it to everyone and get that change in the BOM done by the concerned people as soon as possible.
  • According to the daily production plan, handing over the child parts list to the store team as per the BOM of the MG/HB/OFR order and releasing the order kit to the production team as soon as possible.
  • As a priority, if any child parts have been issued in the order kit issued to the production team in less quantity than the available quantity, then they should be searched as soon as possible and issued as per the available quantity and if not found then the higher authority should be informed about it.
  • Ensuring of zero production stoppage of MG/HB/OFR line.
  • Any shortage material issuing timely on production line & communicate to production supervisor
  • Timely posting entry of stock transfer from stores against the reservation number in SAP system of order kits issued to the production team.
  • If any child parts are not handed over to the production team due to non-availability in the issued order kit, hand over the same to the production team as soon as possible after the quality of the material is declared fine on receipt of arrival. Posting the transfer to the SAP system as soon as possible thereafter.
  • To maintain the movement of material in mixer store as per FIFO/LIFO.
  • Along with 5’S and housekeeping in Mixer store, maintaining the visual store
  • Highlighting Slow-moving and Non-moving items in mixer store, checking Perpetual inventory, and performing monthly and quarterly stock taking activities.
  • Improving visual management in store area and making some changes with Kaizen and increasing productivity.
  • Making employees aware about movement and handling of hazardous and non-dangerous materials as per IMS system.
  • To generate awareness about release of all shelf-life material in the factory along with its MSDS before its expiry date by issuing list of all shelf-life material present in the factory as per IMS system.
  • Daily shortage of material display on time to time
  • Handle complaints from internal customers
  • Store related all Problem-solving attitude
  • Periodic Physical stock verification of the store time to time & monthly quarterly & annual stock verification.
  • Daily monitoring of store inventory
  • Maintain of newly added critical  part on display bord .

 

 

 

 

 

(RTV Stores - MG/HB/OFR/job work)

  • Maintain mixers, hand blenders and OFR rejected or deferred materials properly with identification tags in RTV stores.
  • Along with housekeeping in RTV store,
  • maintaining the visual store and improving it.
