JOB PURPOSE

Reporting to Service In-charge and assist him in smooth functioning in all the areas of customer care operations at Branches.

  • Complaints management.
  • Trade partner’s management including end users and internal customers
  • BCCD management.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  •  Complaints Management: -

 

  • Assist BCCD’s in complaints resolutions as per BEL norms.
  • Resolution of complaints escalated at branches from HO/Mail/Web/letters/Phones.
  • Ensure BCCD’s maintain adequate spare parts.
  • Ensure timely claim submission and reconciliation.

 

  • Trade Partners Management: -

 

  • Visit trade partners regularly to collect feedback on service quality rendered by BCCD’s, Product performance feedback and take corrective actions where necessary.
  • Interaction with end users their Service Requirements.

 

  • Interaction with various Internal Customer like Marketing/ Sales/ BSS/ Design/ CDTS for exchange of information and regular feedback and follow up for quality improvements.

 

  • Coordinate with branch ware house and BCCD for spare parts availability and it’s financials.

 

  • Coordinate with BCCD and trade partners for resolving non saleable product stock related issues and such service needs.

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronics or Electronics Telecommunications or related stream of Engineering or B.Sc. Physics/ Mathematics.
  • Desirable : Diploma of MBA in Marketing/Operations

WORK EXPERIENCE

  • 3-5 years of experience in the field of after sales preferably in handling consumer appliance products.
  • Should have experience in handling of service providers, appointment/termination of service providers, having geographical knowledge of places and service processes, product knowledge and knowledge of similar products of competitors.

Desirable from Consumer Durables industry or Telecommunications industry.
