Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:  

Generating business leads, prospecting, following-up and closing the deal for solar MW/KW power projects.

Taking care of EPC & Rooftop CAPEX.

Develop relation with Key EPC players for a probable tie up for Government solar projects like large-scale utility projects, following up with Govt bids/tenders and liasioning

Collate the estimates of regional market potential for existing and new projects.

Drive technical and techno commercial value additions and deliveries in sync with client expectations.

Figure out where new customers live (in terms of both geography and buying mindset) and find a way to reach them.

Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.

Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary.

Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyse margins or reasons for lost orders.

Create a roadmap for new product business development, initiate actions for generating sales.

Provide/ organize sales support, monitor status, and ensure achievement on a sustained basis.

Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution,

Work with partners, vendors, companys engineers and program managers to ensure customers needs are met.

Prepare sales/revenue forecast and implement strategies to achieve sales, revenue, profit, and market-share objectives of the company and deliver on annual and quarterly sales/revenue/profit plans.

Analyse sales and industry data, market trends, and impact of changes in external and review sales plan as necessary.

Build relationship with customers to facilitate opportunities as well as maintain fruitful relationships with existing customers.

Manage the sales process for tenders and direct sales analyse margins or reasons for lost orders.

Ensure prompt follow -up with customers for orders, commercial terms, payments, approvals, problem resolution.

Should be able to manage a team and achieve the regional sales target collectively

Developing promotional activities and materials to publicize schemes

Benchmarking energy consumptions against best practice guidelines

Guiding team in developing, coordinating, and implementing strategies and policies to reduce energy consumption
