  1. Mapping the segment assigned across Geographies & Engage in Reach & extraction of Revenues from those accounts
  • Should be very strong in Mapping of each Segment /Sub-segment to ensure Reach/ Extraction & building Strong funnel pipeline to support Rolling forecast in revenue generation for the segment Assigned.
  • Should be strong in relation building with key stakeholders
  • Frame strategies to increase Share of Wallet from assigned sub segments across geographies.
  • Formulate core strategies from HPLS (High Potential Low Share) sub segments and drive it for all types of Industries and Indoor Lighting segment
  • Design Engagement programs for Strategic accounts involving different stake holders internally.
  1. Driving Specification Sales in Key accounts
  • To get engage self in Driving the signature range of products in BEL Illuminations product portfolio to create edge over competition
  • Creating marquee projects for the segment and motivating the other members in driving to create unique Case studies with the completed projects – including customer testimonials etc.      
  1. Customer Satisfaction & Profitability
  • Forecasting from the funnel conversion to improve on the delivery timelines to support customer requirements
  • Ensuring accurate forecast and no addition in FG stocks
