  • To lead illumination business with your team in the branch and help the organization to meet customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping the company competitive and innovative.
  • To reach end clients, consultants, contractors for driving B2B business and maintain the brand value across the segment. Focusing on Strengthening the brand in the lighting industry and build goodwill for BEL.
  • Have the responsible for maximizing sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those to plans to the management.
  • Adhering to the process of sales funnel system. Monitoring and scheduling the activities to self & to the team members for reaching the goals as a team.
  • To maintain consistent growth in the sales funnel monthly and the funnel growth trend and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.
  • Should have knowledge on lighting products, Lighting design and solutions. Need to give a value proposition to the customer for optimized lighting solution.
  • Need to have a solution based approach to the clients with illumination, High mast, Solar & IBMS.
  • Extracting business from the key customers; need to achieve growth activation for the assigned running accounts. Need to add new customers to the clientele base and increase the conversion ratio from the acquired business opportunities.
  • Promoting new products and solutions in the market to build strong and long-lasting customer relationships by pertaining with them and understanding their needs; capturing new customers from different customer segments by conducting seminars.
