  • Creates a culture of rapid idea generation and viability assessment, to shift the boundaries of thinking.
  • Guides and mentors the team to create high quality design concepts and compelling presentations for stakeholders.
  • Maintain a forward understanding of design and consumer trends and standard methodologies.
  • Make informed and pragmatic tradeoffs across design objectives, engineering constraints, and business needs.
  • Timely review the work output of the team members and guide them to push their performance
