Job Purpose & Scope


Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities

  1. Study and understand the complete scope of the project
  2. Accurately documenting the project's creation, development, and execution as well as documenting the project's scope, budget, and justification.
  3. Collaborating with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop projects
  4. Strategically planning project completion timelines and developing L2 schedule
  5. Setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and assigning team members to various deliverables
  6. Analyzing financial data, including project budgets, risks, and resource allocation
  7. Defining and conducting various review meetings with other stakeholders to meet the targeted project completion timeline
  8. Continuously reviewing and monitoring the project progress to ensure timely supply of material and execution targets are achieved
  9. Continuously evaluating projects progress and providing necessary decisions to overcome the obstacles
  10. Maintaining documentation viz. progress report, financial reports, MoM, approved drawings and any other contractual document etc.
  11. Providing progress report, financial reports and budget outlines to Senior Management
  12. Conducting meeting with Senior Management at set frequency to appraise the project status and decision making

Qualification: Indicate necessary qualification

Essential : Engineering

Desirable : B.E. + MBA


  1. Experience: Should have in depth knowledge of various project management techniques and analytical tools
  2. Should have knowledge of Contract Management

Min 10 -12 years

Desirable : EPC Industry

Other Requirements :

  1. Should have excellent communication (written and oral) skill
  2. Should have good problem-solving and analytical skills
  3. Should be able to represent the PMG department in internal and external meetings
  4. Should be able understand the business requirements and provide cost effective solutions
  5. Should be able to work without stress while meeting the project completion deadlines
