Job Purpose & Scope

To lead TLT commercial team and strengthen the commercial process and control of TLT and PD projects. Coordination with Site commercial team, Execution team, indirect Tax team and Finance team.

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities

  • Payable Management and control on site commercial activities – Ensure adequate control and define process of contractor payments.  Control on site commercial activities like Fund management, take care of legal compliances and tax compliances. FA control, Inventory control and Preparation of SOP
  • Budget, Cash Flow and CTC -Preparation of Yearly Budget, Cash flow and quarterly CTC
  • Handing internal and Statutory Auditors
  • Handling team of 25 people and preparation of SOP for site commercial activities – Development of site commercial and HO commercial team. Preparation of SOP for commercial activities.
  • Initial Setup of International Projects – Provide financial data and ratios to tender team for bidding international projects, enquiry about local taxation, Branch setup and initial legal registrations of international projects.

 

Qualifications: B.com, M.Com, CA preferred

Experience: Total 10-15 years of exposure in Audit, Accounts, MIS and budgeting.

Other Requirements:

Must be physically fit to travel outstation (at least 5 days in a month)

Must have excellent communication skills to negotiate with client and vendors
