Job Purpose & Scope

To lead & motivate the sales team in branch and achieve sustainable growth in sales by increasing the reach to clients and ensuring good image of brand, by coordinating with all internal departments in case of any issues.

 

Major Areas of Responsibilities & Authorities

Funnel parameters are given in attached annexure under FM sheet.

Apart from that, the following is also followed:-

  1. Maximize reach to untapped clients.
  2. Generate sustainable sales growth.
  3. Motivate and guide team to achieve better performances.
  4. Manage and develop relations with channel partners.
  5. Coordinate cross functional activities like working as a team with BD, Design teams, etc

Qualification: Indicate necessary qualification[NS1] 

Essential : Degree in Engineering in Electrical /Mechanical

Desirable : MBA Operations

 

Experience: Indicate necessary experience required to perform the job responsibilities effectively. Please mention if any specific industry experience, profile experience or work experience required[NS2] .

20 + Years of experience in any consumer durable industry

At least 5 years as National Head Service/ consumer care in any White or Brown goods industry

Desirable : Exposure to BPO industry 

Other Requirements :

Must be physically fit to travel outstation (atleast 10 days in a month)

Must have excellent public speaking capabilities to address large gathering
